David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative (CSR) to deliver an A+ customer experience in the alterations department. The CSR greets and assists customers, answers phones, schedules appointments, presses garments, and ensures items are ready for pickup.

Responsibilities include welcoming customers, promoting alterations services, managing customer flow, and maintaining store standards. Part-time position with strong team support and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years retail apparel experience.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Experience with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers via phone, chat or in person and resolve issues.
• Manage customer flow using systems to deliver five‑star service.
• Promote alterations services and personalization options.
• Maintain a clean and organized alterations area to ensure a flawless shopping experience.
• Schedule appointments and assist with transactions.
