Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative (CSR) to deliver an A+ customer experience. The CSR will welcome customers, take appointments, answer phones, press garments, and ensure items are ready for pickup.

The role reports to the Store Manager and interacts with the Alterations team to provide seamless service. Key duties include managing customer flow, resolving concerns, promoting alterations services, and maintaining high store standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Experience with a computerized POS system is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers in person, over the phone, and virtually with friendly enthusiasm.
• Manage customer flow and appointments to deliver five-star service.
• Promote alterations services and personalization options.
• Press garments, ensure items are ready for pickup, and maintain store standards.
• Assist customers with checkouts and problem resolution in collaboration with leadership.
