Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative to deliver an exceptional experience for customers and coordinate with the Alterations team. You will welcome shoppers, schedule appointments, and assist with alterations, fittings, and pickups.

This role emphasizes friendly communication, multi-tasking across phones, chats, and in-person interactions, and upholding store standards and policies. Prior sewing or POS experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Prior experience with computerized POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers in person, on the phone, and via chats with friendly service.
• Manage customer flow to deliver a five-star experience using store systems.
• Assist with appointments, alterations, and order pickups.
• Maintain store standards and dress code compliance for a flawless shopping experience.
• Collaborate with Alterations Manager to resolve customer issues and improve service.
