Job summary

David’s Bridal in Orange, CT is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative to deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will welcome customers, help with appointments, answer phones, press garments and ensure items are ready for pickup. The role supports store operations and participates in checkout activities.

The position emphasizes high standards, teamwork, and strong communication to meet customer needs and drive satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent degree.
• 1-2 years prior retail experience in apparel or specialty store.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Prior experience with computerized POS system.

Responsibilities

• Welcome all customers with genuine, friendly enthusiasm over phone, chat, and in person.
• Use systems to manage customer flow and deliver five-star service.
• Promote alterations services and personalization options.
• Maintain store standards and assist with checkout processes.
• Greet, escort and assist alterations customers to appointments.
