Job summary

David’s Bridal seeks an Alterations Customer Service Representative (CSR) to ensure a superior in-store customer experience. You will welcome customers, schedule appointments, assist with alterations, answer phones, and coordinate with the Alterations Manager to resolve issues and maintain cleanliness and readiness of the alterations area.

The role supports inventory processes, processes transactions accurately at the cash wrap, and promotes alterations services while upholding high dress code

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years prior retail apparel experience.
• Sewing experience helpful.
• Prior experience with POS system.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers via phone, chat, and in person with enthusiasm and clear communication.
• Manage customer flow to deliver five-star service using all systems.
• Meet service vows: Prepare, Welcome, Meet Needs & Be There for customers.
