David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative (CSR) to provide an exceptional in-store experience. The role involves welcoming customers, managing appointments, pressing garments, and supporting the Alterations team to ensure timely pickups.

The candidate should be passionate, customer-obsessed, and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment with strong communication skills and basic sewing experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous retail or apparel store experience helpful.
• Experience with sewing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with enthusiasm and solve problems clearly.
• Manage customer flow and assist with alterations appointments.
• Promote alterations services and maintain neat, organized shop area.
• Assist with checkout and operate POS accurately.
