Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative to welcome customers, schedule fittings, assist with alterations, and maintain a five-star service standard. The CSR will work across in-store interactions, phone calls, and virtual chats to ensure timely, friendly support for every guest.

In this part-time role, you’ll help manage appointments, press garments, and ensure items are ready for pickup while upholding dress code standards and store cleanliness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store environment.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Prior experience with computerized POS (Point of Sale) system.

Responsibilities

• Welcome all customers with genuine, friendly enthusiasm over the phone, virtual chats and in person; problem solve and resolve conflicts.
• Use systems to manage customer flow to deliver five-star experience.
• Promote alterations services and personalization options.
• Maintain store standards (clean, organized, promotional readiness).
• Greet and escort alterations customers to appointments; press, steam, and spot clean garments.
