David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional service in the alterations department. You will welcome customers, answer phones and chats, schedule appointments, press garments, and ensure items are ready for pickup.

The role reports to the Store Manager and focuses on a five-star customer experience. Responsibilities include promoting alterations services, maintaining store standards, and assisting with inventory and cash wrap tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store preferred.
• Sewing experience is helpful.
• Prior experience with computerized POS (Point of Sale) system.

Responsibilities

• Welcome all customers with enthusiasm over phone, chats and in person.
• Use systems to manage customer flow for five-star service.
• Meet service vows: Prepare, Welcome, Meet Needs & Be There for customers.
