David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team and help deliver an exceptional customer experience. As the face of alterations, you will welcome customers, answer phones, schedule appointments, and ensure garments are ready for pickup with care and accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Experience with computerized POS system.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with enthusiasm over phone, chats, and in person; adapt to suit customers by problem solving and resolving conflict.
• Use systems to manage customer flow and deliver five-star service.
