Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative to deliver an A+ customer experience across in-store, phone, and virtual channels. The CSR will welcome customers, assist with appointments, and support alterations operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include promoting alterations services, maintaining store standards, and coordinating with the Alterations Manager to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Prior experience with computerized POS system.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers by phone, chat, and in person with friendly enthusiasm and adapt communication style.
• Use store systems to manage customer flow and deliver five-star service.
• Meet service vows: Prepare, Welcome, Meet Needs, Be There for customers and complete checklists.
