The role emphasizes teamwork, accuracy in transactions, and collaboration with the Alterations Manager to resolve issues and uphold quality standards across the alterations department.

Qualifications

• Welcomes customers with genuine enthusiasm over phone, chat, and in person.
• Uses systems to manage customer flow for five-star service.

Responsibilities

• Greet and escort alterations customers to appointments.
• Press, steam, and spot-clean merchandise.
• Maintain store standards and organize alterations room.
