Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative to ensure a superior customer experience in the alterations department. You will welcome customers, schedule appointments, answer phones, press garments, and prepare items for pickup with a friendly and professional approach.

The role reports to the Store Manager and requires strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years prior retail experience preferred.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Prior experience with computerized POS system advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers over the phone, chat, and in person with enthusiasm.
• Use systems to manage customer flow and ensure a five-star experience.
• Meet service vows: Prepare, Welcome, Meet Needs, Be There for customers.
