Job summary

David’s Bridal is hiring an Alterations Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support the Alterations department and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The CSR greets customers, schedules appointments, answers phones, presses garments, and ensures items are ready for pickup under the Store Manager’s guidance.

The role emphasizes welcoming customers, managing flow with POS systems, and partnering with the Alterations team to promote services while maintaining store standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store environment preferred.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Prior experience with computerized POS (Point of Sale) system is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide five-star customer service over phone, chat, and in person.
• Use all systems to manage customer flow and deliver exceptional service.
• Assist with alterations, appointments, and store operations to meet service vows.
• Promote alterations services and personalization options to customers.
• Maintain store standards, cleanliness, and promotional readiness.
