David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support the Alterations department and deliver a superior customer experience. You will greet customers, schedule appointments, press garments, and prepare items for pickup under the Store Manager's guidance.

This part-time role emphasizes welcoming guests, managing customer flow, and promoting alterations services while keeping the store clean and welcoming for every guest.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years prior retail experience in apparel or specialty store.
• Sewing experience is helpful.
• Prior experience with computerized POS system.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist alterations customers with genuine enthusiasm.
• Manage customer flow and deliver five-star service using available systems.
• Promote alterations services and personalization options.
• Maintain clean, organized alterations room and standards.
• Assist with appointments, pickups, and checkout processes.
