David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative (CSR) to provide an exceptional in‑store and remote customer experience. You will welcome customers, answer questions, and coordinate appointments while promoting alterations services.

The role emphasizes problem solving, POS proficiency, and teamwork with the Alterations team to ensure timely, high‑quality garment preparation and pickup. Part‑time hours, generous benefits, and employee discounts are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years prior retail experience in an apparel or specialty store environment.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Prior experience with computerized POS system

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, and via virtual chats.
• Manage customer flow using store systems toward a five-star experience.
• Promote alterations services and personalization options.
• Ensure garments are pressed and ready for pickup.
• Maintain clean, organized alterations room and support operations.
