David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative (CSR) for Part Time roles in the United States, focusing on delivering an exceptional alterations experience. You will welcome customers, manage flow, promote services, and ensure quality in garments and fittings, all while maintaining store standards.

The position emphasizes friendly communication, problem solving, and teamwork within the Alterations department, reporting to the Store Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of retail experience in apparel or specialty store.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Experience with computerized POS systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with genuine enthusiasm in person, on the phone, or via chat.
• Manage customer flow using store systems to deliver a five-star experience.
• Meet service vows and assist guests with needs and requests.
• Provide exceptional service to multiple customers concurrently and escalate when needed.
• Explain alterations options and how they enhance the dress for events.
• Promote alterations services and personalization options.
• Maintain store standards for a flawless shopping experience.
• Greet and escort customers to alterations for appointments.
• Press, steam, and inspect garments before delivery.
• Build relationships to boost satisfaction and loyalty.
• Support inventory and processing of special orders and pickups.
