Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative to deliver an exceptional experience to our customers. You’ll greet and assist clients, schedule appointments, handle phones, press garments, and ensure items are ready for pickup with accuracy.

Role requires high school diploma, 1–2 years retail experience, and comfort with POS systems. Perks include part-time schedules, Team Bonus, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Prior experience with computerized POS (Point of Sale) system.

Responsibilities

• Welcome all customers with genuine enthusiasm over phone, chats and in person.
• Manage customer flow to deliver five-star service using store systems.
• Meet service vows and operational checklists for all customers.
• Communicate how alterations support dress fitting and event needs.
• Promote alterations services and customization options to customers.
