David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Alterations department. You will welcome customers, answer questions, and coordinate appointments while ensuring a five-star service experience.

You will assist with alterations, pressing, and housekeeping of the alterations area to maintain a flawless shopping environment. This part-time role reports to the Store Manager and requires strong communication, multitasking, and basic sewing/pressing skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Prior experience with computerized POS (Point of Sale) system.

Responsibilities

• Welcome all customers with genuine, friendly enthusiasm over the phone, virtual chats and in person.
• Use all systems to manage the customer flow to deliver five-star customer experience.
• Meet all service vows including Prepare, Welcome, Meet Needs & Be There for all customers, including operational checklists.
• Promote alterations services and personalization options.
• Maintain store-standards (clean, organized, promotional readiness) and assist with alterations appointments.
• Press, steam, and spot clean all merchandise.
• Build long-term relationships to meet customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Supports all cash wrap behaviors and processes transactions with accuracy.
