Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative to deliver an exceptional customer experience in the alterations department. You will welcome customers, schedule appointments, and help ensure garments are ready for pickups.

The role requires friendly communication, multitasking, and seamless use of POS and store systems. Responsibilities include promoting alterations services, assisting with inventory and transactions, and maintaining a clean, organized alterations area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years retail experience preferred.
• Prior sewing experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with genuine, friendly enthusiasm in person, over the phone or via chat.
• Use systems to manage customer flow and deliver a five-star experience.
• Meet service vows and assist with appointments, alterations and pickups.
• Address customer concerns and escalate when needed in partnership with leadership.
• Explain alterations options and promote personalization services.
• Maintain store standards and assist with inventory and transactions.
