David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative for our Knoxville store to deliver an exceptional in-store experience. You will welcome customers, schedule fittings, answer phones, press garments, and ensure items are ready for pickup while maintaining high store standards.

The role emphasizes customer-centric service, teamwork with the Alterations team, and active participation in promotions and press/steam duties. Prior sewing and POS experience helpful.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years prior retail experience in apparel or specialty store environment.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Prior experience with computerized POS system.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with enthusiasm over the phone, chats and in person, adapting to solve problems.
• Use systems to manage customer flow and deliver five-star service.
• Meet service vows: Prepare, Welcome, Meet Needs & Be There for customers.
• Communicate how alterations add value to the dress and event.
• Promote alterations services and personalization options.
• Maintain store standards and promotional readiness.
• Assist with alterations room maintenance and cleanliness.
• Assist with inventory and checkout processes as needed.
