David’s Bridal in Chattanooga is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative to deliver an outstanding in-store experience. You will welcome customers, schedule fittings, answer phones, press garments, and ensure items are ready for pickups, while maintaining high standards of service and store presentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store environment preferred.
• Prior sewing experience helpful.
• Prior experience with computerized POS system required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with enthusiasm in person, over the phone, and via chat.
• Manage customer flow and deliver five-star experience using store systems.
• Perform alterations-related tasks: pressing, steaming, and ensuring garment readiness for pickup.
• Provide exceptional service to multiple customers and escalate issues when needed.
• Explain alterations options and promote services and personalization.
• Maintain store standards and dress code.
• Assist with appointments and escort customers to alterations area.
