Job summary

Camden Development, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to handle service requests for the community, perform make-readies, groundskeeping, pool maintenance and preventive maintenance, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You will coordinate with the maintenance supervisor, perform electrical and plumbing work, prep vacant apartments, and maintain safety and upkeep across the property while supporting on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• Six months of maintenance experience, preferably in apartments.
• High School Diploma preferred; trade school certification valued.
• EPA Type I, II or Universal certification strongly preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and complete service requests promptly.
• Coordinate with the maintenance supervisor and team to prioritize tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with residents, guests, and vendors.
• Identify safety or maintenance issues and report or correct them.
