Job summary

Camden Development, Inc. seeks a Make Ready Technician to prepare vacant apartments for move-in and assist with maintenance requests. The role includes housekeeping, grounds keeping, and pool maintenance as part of community upkeep and resident satisfaction.

You will work with the maintenance team to prioritize tasks, perform preventative upkeep, and ensure safety standards are met while delivering top-tier customer service.

Qualifications

• Six months of maintenance experience (preferably in apartment industry).
• High School Diploma preferred; certification from an accredited trade school highly desired.
• EPA Type I, Type II or Universal certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in, including removing trash and completing repairs.
• Touch-up paint in apartments and around community areas as needed.
• Respond to and complete service requests in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with maintenance supervisor and team to prioritize tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with residents, guests, and vendors.
• Identify safety hazards or maintenance needs and report or correct them.
