Job summary

Dow seeks a Tech Center Specialist in Alkoxylation to support PU and DIS plant operations and external manufacturing. The role focuses on process troubleshooting, scale-up of products, and driving process improvements across multi-functional teams. The preferred location is the U.S. Gulf Coast (Texas/Louisiana).

The candidate will lead feasibility studies, manage capital projects, and ensure EH&S standards while advancing capacity growth and asset optimization across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent military experience.
• U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship available.
• Chemical engineering degree preferred; operations/process automation experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting to Alkoxylation plants and external manufacturing facilities.
• Lead projects to implement new product introductions and asset evaluations.
• Manage cross-functional teams to address process gaps and escalation events.
• Conduct feasibility studies for capacity growth and optimization.
• Communicate project risks and progress to stakeholders.
• Ensure EH&S compliance in process safety and operations.
