Job summary

Dow is seeking a Tech Center Specialist to support Alkoxylation products in PU and DIS plants. The preferred location is the U.S. Gulf Coast (Texas/Louisiana), with potential for other U.S. or global locations. You will provide technical support, lead initiatives, and drive optimization across multiple facilities.

The role requires a engineering degree or equivalent military experience, 5+ years of relevant experience, and US work eligibility. Travel and no relocation assistance may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or military equivalent plus 5+ years of relevant experience.
• U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship available.
• Experience in alkoxylation, plant troubleshooting and scaling up new products.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshoot External Manufacturing and internal Alkoxylation plants.
• Lead projects: new product introductions, asset evaluations, feasibility studies, and EH&S improvements.
• Drive cross-functional rapid assessment and resolution of plant technology gaps.
• Identify value-creation projects at PU and DIS plants.
• Update stakeholders on project risks and progress.
• Lead feasibility studies to exploit capacity growth opportunities.
• Communicate improvements to plant teams and ensure EH&S compliance.
