Job summary

Dow seeks a Tech Center Specialist to support Alkoxylation product lines produced by PU and DIS plants. The role involves technical leadership, plant troubleshooting, and scaling up new products, with a focus on safety and process optimization. The preferred location is the U.S. Gulf Coast, Texas or Louisiana.

You will lead cross-functional teams, drive value creation projects, and provide updates on risks and milestones to stakeholders, while ensuring compliance with EH&S standards across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or military-equivalent experience with 5+ years in Alkoxylation or related fields.
• Ability to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship is available.
• Experience in plant troubleshooting, scaling up new products, and project support.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshoot external and internal Alkoxylation facilities.
• Lead project initiatives including new product introductions and capital feasibility studies.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to address plant technology gaps and incidents.
• Identify value-creation opportunities at PU and DIS plants and report risks and progress.
• Ensure EH&S compliance and promote process safety in all activities.
