Job summary

Dow’s Alkoxylation Process Technology Expertise Department seeks a Tech Center Specialist to support PU and DIS polyols and related products. Preferred location is the U.S. Gulf Coast; other locations may be considered.

You will lead projects, troubleshoot processes, and drive technical improvements across External Manufacturing and internal Alkoxylation plants. The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, process safety, and collaboration with global teams to optimize capacity and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or 5+ years of relevant experience; in lieu of a degree, 10+ years may be considered.
• U.S. work authorization without visa sponsorship for this position.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and process troubleshooting to External Manufacturing facilities and internal Alkoxylation plants of PU and DIS.
• Lead project initiatives including new product introductions, asset evaluations, capital project feasibility and EH&S improvements.
• Lead cross-functional teams to rapidly assess and troubleshoot plant technology gaps or unplanned events.
