Job summary

Dow's Alkoxylation Process Technology Expertise Department seeks a Tech Center Specialist to support PU and DIS assets with technical project leadership. The preferred location is the U.S. Gulf Coast (Texas/Louisiana).

You will lead troubleshooting, scaling up new products, and plant optimization, coordinating with internal and external manufacturing partners. The role emphasizes safety, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent military experience at or above US E6 or Canadian PO2. 5+ years of relevant experience; degree substitution allowed with 10+ years experience.
• US work authorization without visa sponsorship; no green card sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting to external and internal Alkoxylation plants producing polyols, polyglycols, surfactants, lubricants, and fluids.
• Lead cross-functional teams to drive rapid assessment and resolution of plant technology gaps.
• Identify value-creation projects at Alkoxylation PU and DIS plants.
• Oversee feasibility studies for capacity growth opportunities and ensure EH&S compliance.
