Job summary

Dow seeks a Tech Center Specialist in Alkoxylation to support PU and DIS plant alkoxylation operations, troubleshoot processes, and drive improvement projects. The preferred Gulf Coast location includes Texas and Louisiana, with potential for other U.S. sites.

You will lead multi-functional teams, scale up new products, and ensure safety and environmental compliance while optimizing asset performance.

Qualifications

• Requires engineering or military background with equivalent years of experience.
• Experience in Alkoxylation, plant troubleshooting and scaling up new products.
• Knowledge of process safety and project support in chemical plants.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and process troubleshooting to external manufacturing facilities and internal Alkoxylation plants.
• Serve as project leader for new product introductions and capital projects feasibility.
• Lead cross-functional teams for rapid assessment of plant technology gaps.
• Identify and lead value creation projects at Alkoxylation PU and DIS plants.
• Provide stakeholder updates to review risks and barriers to success.
• Lead feasibility studies for capacity growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Technology Expertise Center to communicate improvements to plant teams and ensure EH&S compliance.
