Job summary

Dow is seeking a Tech Center Specialist to support Alkoxylation in PU and DIS plants, preferably on the U.S. Gulf Coast. You will provide technical and project support for Dow assets and External Manufacturing arrangements.

The role requires hands-on Alkoxylation experience, plant troubleshooting, scaling up new products, and driving process optimization while maintaining EH&S standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent military experience with years of relevant work.
• Ability to work legally in the United States (no visa sponsorship).
• Experience with Alkoxylation, plant troubleshooting, scale-up, and process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting to Alkoxylation plants and External Manufacturing facilities.
• Lead projects including new product introductions and asset evaluations.
• Drive rapid assessment of technology gaps and lead feasibility studies.
• Communicate project risks and status to stakeholders.
• Ensure EH&S and process safety compliance.
