Dow is seeking a Tech Center Specialist in the US Gulf Coast region to support Alkoxylation portfolio in PU and DIS plants. The role focuses on technical project support, process troubleshooting, scale-up, and plant optimization across internal and external manufacturing sites.

Preferred candidates have chemical engineering background, reactor modeling experience, and strong collaboration skills to drive cross-functional projects and safety improvements within a dynamic global team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent military experience with 5+ years in relevant field.
• U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorships.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting to Alkoxylation plants.
• Lead multi-functional teams on projects and process improvements.
• Ensure EH&S compliance and drive safety improvements.
