Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months of similar or related job experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly and resolving concerns.
• Supervise and direct Aisles Online staff, planning labor for efficiency.
• Maintain in-house quality control including cleaning and proper handling.
• Communicate labor needs and delivery issues to supervisors.
• Train new employees and conduct performance reviews.
• Attend and participate in team meetings.
• Handle customer orders over the phone with friendly service.
• Follow Hy-Vee dress code and department guidelines.
• Assist with other tasks or projects as needed.
