Job summary

Hy-Vee in Iowa is hiring an Aisles Online Service Lead in a fast-paced retail environment. You will supervise the Aisles Online team, organize workflow, manage labor, and ensure every order is fulfilled accurately and on time.

You’ll deliver friendly service, handle customer concerns, train new staff, and collaborate with store leadership to maintain quality and safety standards. This hourly role requires reliability, strong communication, and the ability to work across shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months of similar or related job experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train staff.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and resolve concerns.
• Supervise Aisles Online employees and plan labor for efficiency and cost control.
• Maintain in-house quality control including cleaning and equipment handling.
• Communicate labor needs to supervisors.
• Train new employees and conduct performance reviews.
• Adhere to dress code and department guidelines.
