Job summary

Hy-Vee is hiring for an Aisles Online Service Lead in Minnesota who will supervise daily operations, direct labor, and ensure on-time order fulfillment. You will lead a fast-paced team, resolve customer issues, and maintain quality across the Aisles Online department.

Night and weekend shifts are required. The role offers hourly pay starting at $17.00 and ranging to $21.25 with benefits; employment contingent on a pre-employment drug screen.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months of similar or related job experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly and addressing their needs.
• Supervise and direct Aisles Online employees, planning labor for efficiency.
• Maintain in-house quality control, including cleaning and proper handling of equipment.
• Communicate with supervisors about labor needs, receiving, storage, rotation, and delivery issues.
• Respond to questions from employees and customers in a timely, professional manner.
• Maintain employee records and document interactions.
• Train new employees and conduct performance reviews.
• Possess authority to recommend disciplinary action.
• Attend and participate in team meetings.
• Answer phones and provide friendly service, including taking orders.
• Follow Hy-Vee dress code, hygiene standards, and guidelines.
• Help with other tasks or special projects.
