Responsibilities

• Oversee online order fulfillment from start to finish, ensuring prompt, on-time fulfillment.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and develop department employees to maintain a high-performing team.
• Provide ongoing education to employees regarding new policies and procedures.
• Ensure all food safety guidelines are followed and products kept at proper temperature.
• Instruct and supervise work, coordinate activities, and address employee concerns as needed.
• Have authority to recommend employee discipline.
• Answer phones and emails promptly with friendly service to customers.
• Follow Hy-Vee's dress code, hygiene standards, and all guidelines.
