Signature Aviation invites applications for an Airside Experience Specialist at our private aviation terminal. You will blend hospitality with hands-on operational support to ensure every guest, crew member, and aircraft experiences exceptional care from wheels down to wheels up.

Qualifications

• Hospitable guest service orientation with ability to anticipate needs.
• Able to read and comprehend safety rules and procedures in English.
• Basic arithmetic and measurement skills for operations.
• Physical ability to operate ground support equipment and mobility around aircraft.
• Ability to follow multi-step instructions and adapt to standard procedures.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team to conduct airside operations safely and efficiently.
• Assist guests, crew, and aircraft personnel with fueling, de-icing, ground services, and catering needs.
• Prepare for arriving/departing aircraft and identify safety concerns.
• Operate ground service equipment like fuel trucks, de-icing trucks, GPU units, tugs, and stairs.
• Load/unload luggage and cargo where applicable and assist guest transport.
• Provide professional guest service and maintain a positive attitude at all times.
• Offer safe shuttle transport for guests and luggage as needed.
• Maintain clean and safe ramps and operational areas.
• Maintain fuel handling records and related documentation.
• Comply with all safety, security, and guest service requirements.
• Stop work if unsafe conditions arise and report to management.
• Follow emergency procedures during critical events.
• Understand and enforce Signature Aviation security protocols.
• Create accurate time/activities records and service documentation.
