Job summary

Signature Aviation is seeking an Airside Experience Specialist to deliver a seamless, hospitality-driven experience for guests, crew, and aircraft on the airside. You will blend guest service with hands-on operational support, from wheels down to wheels up, in a private terminal setting.

The role requires schedule flexibility, including nights, weekends and holidays, and the ability to work outdoors around aircraft in varied weather.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work.
• Able to pass background checks and airport screening.
• Valid state driver’s license; CDL may be required in some locations.
• Experience in aviation or customer service preferred (3–6 months).

Responsibilities

• Operate and drive ground service equipment such as fuel trucks, de-icing trucks, ground power units, tugs, and more.
• Provide professional guest service while maintaining a safe, welcoming experience for guests and crew.
• Prepare for arrivals/departures, identify tasks, and report safety concerns promptly.
• Fuel handling, quality control, inventory, and related documentation.
• Load/unload luggage and cargo as needed and coordinate with team.
