Job summary

Signature Aviation seeks an Airside Experience Specialist to be the face of our private terminal, delivering a seamless, personalized guest experience from wheels down to wheels up and handling ground services with a service-first mindset.

Role requires schedule flexibility including nights, weekends and holidays, and working outdoors around active aircraft and in varying weather. If you excel in luxury, fast-paced settings and guest-facing operations, this is your role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to pass airport background checks and drug tests.
• Valid state driver's license; CDL may be required depending on location.
• Must be able to work outdoors around aircraft and in varying weather.
• Excellent guest service and communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team to conduct airside operations safely and efficiently per SOPs.
• Collaborate with guests, crew, vendors, and aircraft to meet service needs.
• Operate and drive ground service equipment (fuel trucks, de-icing, GPUs, tugs, etc.).
• Load and unload luggage and cargo to/from aircraft and guest vehicles.
• Provide professional guest service with a positive attitude at all times.
• Follow emergency procedures and security protocols as required.
