Job summary

Signature Aviation is seeking an Airside Experience Specialist to deliver a premium, guest-first experience at our private aviation terminal. You will support ground services and operate equipment, while ensuring safety and exceptional hospitality for guests, crew, and aircraft.

This role requires flexibility, including nights, weekends and holidays, and outdoor work around active aircraft in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the jurisdiction of employment.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must pass airport background checks and drug tests.
• Valid state driver’s license; CDL may be required in some locations.
• Must pass a color vision test for inspecting aviation fuel.
• Three to six months experience in aviation or customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with a team to conduct airside operations safely per SOPs and communicate effectively to accomplish tasks.
• Coordinate with guests, clients, vendors, and crew to meet service needs (fueling, de-icing, lavatories, power, water, etc.).
• Prepare for arriving/departing aircraft, identify open tasks, and report safety concerns promptly.
• Operate and drive ground service equipment (fuel trucks, de-icers, ramps, tugs, etc.).
• Assist with loading/unloading luggage and cargo from aircraft and related areas.
