Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking an Airside Experience Specialist to greet guests, crew, and aircraft with a service-first mindset. You will perform ground services, operate equipment, and coordinate with teams to ensure a premier private aviation experience.

This role requires outdoor work around active aircraft, nights, weekends, and holidays. Strong hospitality, safety awareness, and teamwork are essential to delivering memorable experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work.
• Must pass background checks and airport security requirements.
• Valid state driver’s license; CDL may be required locally.
• Ability to pass color vision test for aviation fuel inspection.
• Strong safety and judgment in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform airside operations safely and efficiently per SOPs.
• Collaborate with guests, clients, vendors, and crew to meet service needs.
• Prepare for arriving/departing aircraft and identify open tasks.
• Operate ground service equipment (fuel trucks, de-icers, GPUs, tugs, stairs).
• Load/unload luggage and assist with guest transportation as needed.
• Provide professional guest service with a positive attitude at all times.
• Follow emergency procedures and security protocols.
• Create accurate records of time worked and services performed.
