Job summary

Socket.dev seeks an Airside Experience Specialist to deliver a seamless guest experience in our private aviation terminal. You will blend hospitality with hands-on operational support from wheels down to wheels up.

You’ll operate ground service equipment and perform aircraft ground services while engaging guests professionally, with a service-first mindset. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and outdoor work is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 18 years old.
• Able to pass airport background checks and obtain security badge.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid state driver’s license (CDL if required).

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and efficiency of airside operations per SOPs.
• Provide guest-focused aviation services including fueling, de-icing, ground power and catering.
• Operate ground service equipment and assist with baggage and cargo.
• Support teams and coordinate with guests, crew, and vendors for service needs.
