Job summary

Signature Aviation is seeking an Airside Experience Specialist to serve as the face of our private aviation terminal. You will deliver a seamless, personalized guest experience while supporting ground operations, from fueling to parking and towing.

The role requires schedule flexibility including nights, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to work outdoors around active aircraft in varying weather. A strong hospitality mindset and safety focus are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Pass background checks and airport security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform airside operations safely and efficiently per SOPs.
• Interact with guests, crew, and aircraft to meet service needs.
• Operate ground service equipment (fuel trucks, de-icing trucks, GPUs, tugs, etc.).
• Load/unload luggage and cargo; provide leadership in safety opportunities.
• Maintain clean, safe ramps and document time worked and services performed.
