Signature Aviation in Miami seeks an Airside Experience Specialist to deliver a seamless, luxury guest experience while performing essential ground services. You will engage guests with a service-first mindset and support aircraft operations in a dynamic, outdoor setting.

The role requires schedule flexibility, including nights, weekends and holidays, with a strong emphasis on safety, teamwork, and professionalism in a fast-paced aviation environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to pass background checks and airport security requirements.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience in aviation, customer service, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform airside operations safely and efficiently per SOPs.
• Collaborate with guests, clients, vendors, and crewmembers to meet service needs.
• Prepare for arriving/departing aircraft and identify open tasks.
• Operate ground service equipment such as fuel trucks and tugs.
• Load/unload luggage and cargo to/from the aircraft.
• Provide professional guest service and friendly attitude.
• Transport guests and luggage safely using shuttle vehicle.
• Maintain ramps and operations in a safe, clean condition.
• Fuel handling including quality control and documentation.
• Follow emergency procedures and security protocols.
• Create accurate records of time worked and activities.
