You will oversee airside operations, resolve guest concerns, and escalate issues beyond specialists.

The role demands a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, in outdoor work near active aircraft.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1–2 years of aviation or cargo operations experience or equivalent.
• Must pass background checks and airport badge requirements.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Excellent vision and coordination to move and direct aircraft.

Responsibilities

• Monitor performance of Airside Experience Specialists and/or Associates and correct issues.
• Coordinate and supervise duties for on-shift staff.
• Provide on-the-job training to Airside Experience Specialists and/or Associates.
• Serve as a resource on guest service matters and escalation point for inquiries.
• Work with team to perform airside operations safely and efficiently per SOPs and policies.
• Collaborate with guests, clients, vendors, and crew to meet service needs.
