Job summary

Signature Aviation is seeking an Airside Experience Leader to guide the Airside Experience team in delivering safe, precise, and hospitality-forward service to aircraft, crew, cargo, and guests. This role blends hands-on work with leadership to maintain operational excellence and guest satisfaction, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, in outdoor airport environments.

You will oversee airside operations, address guest concerns, and escalate issues beyond the specialists or associates.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of aviation or cargo operations experience or equivalent.
• Trained and signed off for specialty responsibilities (e.g., oil and oxygen service) and other required certifications as base ops.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to pass background checks and obtain airport security badge.
• Legally eligible to work.
• Excellent vision and coordination to move and inspect aircraft fuel.
• Ability to pass color vision test for aviation fuel.

Responsibilities

• Monitor performance of Airside Experience Specialists/Associates for accuracy, demeanor, and policy adherence.
• Coordinate, assign duties, and supervise on shift.
• Provide on‑the‑job training and assistance to staff.
• Serve as a guest service resource and escalation point for inquiries.
• Ensure airside operations are safe and efficiently communicated per SOPs.
• Collaborate with guests, clients, vendors, and crew to meet service needs.
