Job summary

Signature Aviation is seeking an Airside Experience Specialist to act as the face of our private aviation terminal, delivering a seamless and personalized guest experience from wheels down to wheels up.

You will operate ground service equipment, perform aircraft ground services, and engage guests with a service-first mindset in a fast-paced, outdoor environment around active aircraft. Schedule flexibility including nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 and ability to pass background checks.
• Valid driver's license; CDL may be required per location.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Excellent vision and color vision to inspect aviation fuel.
• Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support airside operations safely and efficiently per SOPs.
• Collaborate with guests, crew, vendors, and aircraft teams to meet service needs.
• Perform fueling, de-icing, lavatory, ground power, and potable water services.
• Towing, marshalling, catering delivery, and luggage handling.
• Provide professional guest service and safe transportation when needed.
• Follow safety, security, and emergency procedures and report unsafe conditions.
• Maintain accurate records of time worked and services performed.
