Job summary

Signature Aviation is seeking an Airside Experience Leader to guide the Airside Experience team, ensuring services for aircraft, crew, cargo, and guests are delivered with safety and hospitality. You will oversee airside operations, resolve guest concerns, and act as escalation point beyond specialists.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years aviation or cargo operations experience or training required.
• Must pass background checks and have valid driver's license.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; outdoors near aircraft.

Responsibilities

• Monitor performance of Airside Experience Specialists/Associates, address issues and alert management.
• Coordinate, assign duties, and supervise on-shift staff.
• Provide on-the-job training and assistance to staff.
• Serve as a guest-service resource and escalation point for inquiries.
• Ensure safe, efficient airside operations per SOPs and policies.
• Collaborate with guests, crew, vendors, and aircraft to meet service needs.
