Job summary

Signature Aviation seeks an Airside Experience Specialist to deliver a seamless, luxury guest experience at our private aviation terminal. You will blend hospitality with hands-on ground support while working outdoors around active aircraft and in varying weather.

The role requires schedule flexibility, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and involves driving, fueling, de-icing, and safe aircraft handling. Join a fast-paced, service-driven team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Must pass background checks (criminal and motor vehicle), drug tests, and airport background check for security badge.
• Must be legally authorized to work.
• Excellent vision and coordination to move/direct aircraft and inspect fuel; color vision tested.
• Valid state driver’s license; CDL may be required in some locations.
• Must exercise good judgment and follow directions from supervisor/management.
• Preferred: 3–6 months aviation or customer service experience or equivalent training.

Responsibilities

• Perform airside operations safely and efficiently per SOPs and communicate to accomplish tasks.
• Collaborate with guests, clients, vendors, and crew to meet service needs (fueling, de-icing, lavatory, power, water, parking, towing).
• Prepare for arriving/departing aircraft and raise safety concerns as needed.
• Operate and drive ground service equipment (fuel trucks, de-icing trucks, GPU, tugs, stairs).
• Load/unload luggage and cargo to/from aircraft and guest transport.
• Provide professional guest service and a positive attitude at all times.
• Offer safe shuttle transportation for guests, luggage, and cargo.
• Maintain safe, clean ramps and operations.
• Fuel handling, inventory, and documentation.
