Job summary

Signature Aviation is seeking an Airside Experience Specialist to serve as the face of our private aviation terminal. You will blend hospitality with hands-on operational support to ensure guests, crew, and aircraft receive premier service from wheels down to wheels up.

Responsibilities include safe airside operations, fueling and de-icing, ground power and towing, and providing welcoming, professional guest service in varying weather. A sign-on bonus is offered for eligible full-time hires.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to pass background checks and airport background requirements.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to airside operations safely and efficiently following SOPs.
• Collaborate with guests, clients, vendors, and crew to meet service needs (fueling, de-icing, lavatory, power, water, parking, towing).
• Prepare for arriving/departing aircraft and identify open tasks; raise safety concerns when observed.
• Operate and drive ground service equipment (fuel trucks, de-ices, GPU, tugs, stairs).
• Load/unload luggage and cargo for aircraft and passenger vehicles.
• Provide professional, friendly guest service to ensure an exceptional experience.
• Offer safe transportation when driving shuttle vehicles for guests and luggage.
• Maintain safe, clean ramps and operations; manage fuel inventory and records.
• Understand and enforce safety, security, and guest service policies.
