Job summary

Signature Aviation in Houston seeks an Airside Experience Specialist to deliver a seamless, personalized guest experience at our private aviation terminal. You will blend hospitality with hands-on aircraft support, ensuring safety and efficiency from wheels down to wheels up.

The role requires schedule flexibility, including nights, weekends and holidays, and the ability to work outdoors around active aircraft in varying weather conditions. Prior aviation or customer service experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug tests.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests and crew with a welcoming experience at the private aviation terminal.
• Perform airside operations and ground services safely and efficiently according to SOPs.
• Operate ground service equipment such as fuel trucks, de-icing trucks, tow vehicles, and power units.
